Return and Warranty Policy
At Sickle we stand behind our high quality products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item for an exchange, repair, or refund. If air shipping was originally selected we will only be able to issue a refund for the cost of the item and not the shipping. Please make sure that the original tags are still attached unless the item is being sent back for a repair. We can only issue a refund for items that were purchased directly from sickle.com. The law requires that any garments sent back for repair must be clean and washed. We recommend that you send the item back using a carrier that has tracking such as UPS, Fedex, or USPS Priority with tracking. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost in transit to our returns department. Enclose a note with your shipment letting us know if you would like an exchange or refund and send it to the address below. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Shipping/Order Status
Orders over $49 qualify for FREE Shipping via USPS Priority Mail to United States addresses. International orders do not qualify for free shipping. Most orders will ship out within 24 hours. We will email you a tracking number once the order has been processed. You may also log into your account to find your tracking information.  Transit time varies between 1-5 business day depending upon how far you are from California. International orders can take up to 10-12 days for priority mail. Any duties charged on international orders are the buyers responsiblity.

Sales Tax
Sales taxed is charged for orders that are purchased within California. The tax rate is 8.75%

Privacy: We will not rent, sell, or lease your information to any third parties. Your information may be used from time to time by Petra Company and our portfolio of climbing brands to help bring you the best products in the industry and to make you aware of special deals or sales that we are having. We may also use your information in the event that we need to contact you regarding your order or to send order and shipping confirmations.

Security: All orders placed through sickle.com are safe and secure. We use government grade 128 bit encryption through our secure SSL server. No credit card information is stored on our computers. We use Authorize.net as our payment gateway (along with the majority of all e-commerce sites on the web). By using Authorize.net we never even receive your whole credit card number, just the last 4 digits. That way you are safe and we are too.
